I had been communicating with Chad for many months while I was searching for a car. He was always very willing to update the quote when I found a new car. Right after receiving my loan for the car I rushed over to Torhorst Insurance to get insurance put on the car so that I could start driving it. I noticed they were closing in less than an hour, but I never felt rushed while we were talking. For someone like me who knows absolutely nothing about insurance, Chad was able to make the experience painless and even fun! I really appreciate the time he put in to make sure I had a policy that fit my needs.
