As a retired insurance executive I appreciate and expect to work with top flight insurance people when it comes to handling our insurance needs. Bill and his staff are knowledgeable and professional insurance experts. They did a thorough review of our insurance needs and then provided a proposal that included additional insurance coverages, increased coverage limits, while at the same time significantly lowering our cost from our previous carrier. We are not a large client for Torhorst & Associates, however we are treated as one of their most important clients every time we talk to them. Needless to say we are very happy that Bill and his staff handle our insurance needs.
