We’ve been extremely pleased the Torhorst Insurance “family”. Got to know Randy a few years ago, as the representative for health insurance at my work. He’s always goes the extra mile to find answers. More recently my husband and I changed over all our renter’s insurance, vehicle (3) and “toys”(motorcycle, camper and boat) coverage the Torhorst Agency and Randy’s expertise. Having numerous resources he found just the right coverages to fit our needs and budget. Last fall we also turned to him for some insight into Medicare coverages and found him to be very knowledgeable in that area as well. Torhorst & Associates does an outstanding job of handling our personal lines insurance. As a retired insurance executive I appreciate and expect to work with top flight insurance people when it comes to handling our insurance needs. Bill and his staff are knowledgeable and professional insurance experts. They did a thorough review of our insurance needs and then provided a proposal that included additional insurance coverages, increased coverage limits, while at the same time significantly lowering our cost from our previous carrier. We are not a large client for Torhorst & Associates, however we are treated as one of their most important clients every time we talk to them. Needless to say we are very happy that Bill and his staff handle our insurance needs.
