We have been a client of Torhorst Insurance for over 12 years and could not be happier with the service and commitment they have provided. On a couple of occasions, I have called Randy to help me resolve some insurance issues and questions for relatives living in states other than Wisconsin. He has always come to my rescue. They have always taken the time to analyze and review our insurance policy needs on a annual basis. In fact, I really appreciate them being an “independent” agency and having access to many different underlying insurance companies. We have changed only twice during our time with Torhorst. And that was only because Randy was able to save us money on our home and vehicle policies. Thanks Randy and Bill Torhorst. You run a Great Customer Oriented business.
